Maybe you’re one of the many Detroiters who have had the privilege to attend Haute to Death, the Detroit-based dance party now in its tenth year. If you’re one of those people (or not, but you should), on Friday, Feb. 2, Haute to Death will commemorate a decade of nightlife culture in Detroit at DECA\DANCE, hosted by Red Bull House of Art.
The Neighborhoods and Eastern Market teamed up this year for Detroit’s Best Home Cook, a cooking contest where amateur chefs had to use local ingredients to craft their favorite dish for a panel of judges.

At The Neighborhoods, we’re interested in hearing from everybody in Detroit about what matters most to you.
Do you have a story to tell about what your community group is doing in the neighborhood? Tell us.
Do you have a story to tell about a home that needs to come down in your neighborhood? Tell us.
