WE ARE REGENT PARK

Regent Park is a 76-block area on the northeastern border of the city, containing a majority of traditional brick homes — colonials, bungalows and ranches — located on tree-lined streets. We are home to Boulder-McGregor Park and the Heilmann Recreation Center, with major commercial corridors located at Gratiot and Eight Mile and Kelly and Eight Mile. A diverse neighborhood, it has its own community homeowners association.
