This neighborhood of stately homes is represented by the Grandmont #1 Improvement Association (GR1), which organizes street snow removal and advocates for the interests of the community. It shares the recently renovated Rosemont / Acacia Park with the adjacent Rosedale Park neighborhood. GR1 publishes a quarterly newsletter, called the Grandmont #1 Informer, and holds monthly membership meetings on the first Tuesday of each month.
